Premier came highly recommended to me by our friend Sydney Kalebaugh. I was hesitant to sign my two kids up for these lessons because it is a huge financial investment for our family. We are not flakey people and I knew that if we were going to commit to this we really had to make every minute/penny count.
Imagine my dismay when on our SECOND lesson one of my kids woke up sick. I had read through their absence policy prior to signing them up and I knew we needed to cancel at least 24 hours in advance so didn't expect this absence to be forgiven. I let the person at check in know, just so they could inform the instructor, and they told me that because it was sickness based they would issue a make up token. I'm so thankful for this policy!
Then, just a few weeks later, I woke up extremally sick on the day of our lessons. I called in, again, not expecting the absences to be excused because it wasn't my kids who were sick, it was me. Again, they very graciously issued us make up tokens! We've only been here a month and I am extremally impressed with their customer service!
All of the instructors that we have had have been knowledgeable and made good use of the time my kids have spent in the pool. I really appreciate the systemic approach to the way they teach and I can see how they are building each skill, layering them on on top of another to ensure success. I really, really appreciate the emphasis on safety, especially as my youngest enrolled kiddo is 5. We don't have a lot of access to water (no pool, friends/family don't have pools) but it makes me feel good to know that should she ever be in a situation where she does fall into a body of water she has some skills that can potentially save her life.
The small class sizes are also very much appreciated, as again, this is a huge investment for our family and I was wary to spend so much for my kids to just be sitting around doing nothing while they waited for other kids.

Read moreMy 20 month old son was enrolled in the big fish class which we loved!!! It's $108 for a 4 week month class and you go once a week or $135 for a 5 week month. Caitlyn was amazing instructor!! You basically go at your own pace and my son loved all his classes. You can dunk their head in water if you want or skip it if you think it's too early for your child. It was a parent and me class. Unfortunately we had to drop out of the program because my son kept getting ear infections because of the being in the water. So we decided we will enroll him again next summer and hopefully he will have better tolerance being in the water. Cancellation was easy. Makeup sessions are easy and unlimited. Each class is 30 mins long. A little playroom for little kids in the front office area. Everything is kept clean as well. All the little ones need swim diapers on. All staff very nice there! We will definitely...
Read moreThe facility is very welcoming. It is wheelchair accesible and family friendly. It is very comfortable for both parents waiting and a heated pool. Also, the individual changing rooms and open area with showers are great. I saw several children and a young adult who were neurologically and physically different during their swim lesson. The parents seemed happy and satisfied. I had the opportunity to take my grandson for his lesson. He had a substitute and since the sub didn’t know the kids, the lesson was super easy and no previously learned skills were reviewed, nor new skills taught. I mentioned it to my daughter and we both agree that each child should have a check list of skills that have been learned. The substitute can look at the list and have a lesson that is worth while. Especially a lesson for the little ones who are there to learn...
