DO NOT bring your fur babies here! Although many other reviews look good, I wouldn't ever bring my fur baby back here. When I arrived I showed Nick (person who works the front desk) a picture of my fur baby and how he normally gets groomed. I didn't get to meet the groomer and I should've known at that moment that something was off. I wanted to give this place a chance so I left my fur baby to get groomed. When I picked him up, his ear were completely chopped his face and head were cut down so short. I told Nick that I wanted a teddy bear face just like the picture of my fur baby when he gets groomed at another place. His cut was nothing like the picture of my fur baby. The cut was very blunt, usually the top of my fur baby's head and ears are fluffy and styled. Mike was the person that groomed him. And to make it worse the services were $160. I didn't know how to react. I was polite and respectful, I paid and left. My mother had referred me to this place and felt horrible when I told her about my experience. She called and complained on my behalf. The next day my dog was bleeding on his snout and under his eyes. He was cut way too short in those areas and the cutting machine cut him in so many places. My fur baby has been sad for a couple of days which has never happened. I am beyond disgusted with this place. When I called and advised Nick of this his response was that he could "pull the cameras" and that "I should take him to the vet". He refunded my tip and called it a day. This place has no knowledge of cutting any type of doodle and should not be grooming dogs due to their lack of care. Hopefully my review saves others fur babies from a bad experience at a place that shouldn't...
Read morei want to PERSONALLY say thank you to kristaina and the other young lady. especially kristaina for all she has done for my dogz SINCERELY. my FIRST experience with this location was GREAT. yesterday out of nowhere, i had a HUGE flare and was placed on immediate bed rest. i woke to stormin rain. we caught an uber to drop off one of my dogz. I AM BEYOND THANKFUL APPRECIATIVE TO KRISTIN, she remembered i had an additional dog, when she saw me, she asked of my other dog, i told her of the appointment time her and her other staff member where shocked saying no go get the other dog. we uber'ed home i drove back. she came out, she collected my dog, when i got in my vehicle i just cried. BECUZ KNOW ONE EVERY KNOWS WHAT YOU ARE GOING THROUGH and on a scale of 1-10 my body was in so much pain @ like a 15, off of the scale of 1-10. in no way wutsoeva were i to be driving & i just didn't want her to wait as that for my other dog. the ladies were true god sent. the two staff that were there were considerate to the fact on their own without me even saying anything about it. consideration of having more than one pet, of my time, of gas prices the entire hassle neither knowing the pain i was experiencing or that we had uber there to drop off the first dog becuz i was placed on bed rest due to my recent flare. THE SMALL ACT OF KINDNESS FROM THOSE TWO LADIES while i wus in such pain meant so much to me and made my day. thank you so much to you both for extended consideration for the fact i had more than one pet n' excellent customer service to...
Read moreI left my dog with the mobile groomer for the first time. 10mins into the appointment I get a text saying my dog had a seizure and is now bleeding. I ran outside to the van and he was bleeding from the mouth. My dog has never had a seizure before and was always good at the groomer. I just took him to the vet and they confirmed that he did not have a seizure but received a trauma to his mouth and now needs emergency dental surgery tomorrow. Needless to say, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a groomer.
The owner called us only after we left a bad review. When he called us back he showed zero empathy and offered us nothing. He wouldn't even share the camera footage with us even though our vet requested it to better treat our dog in surgery. He literally said "I have the footage to protect myself."
The vet tells me that my dog's injury indicates trauma to his face that would have occurred from the side and that there is no indication of a seizure. I do not know what happened exactly but the fact is we trusted this groomer with our dog and now he has suffered a traumatic injury. And rather than try to help us the owner was immediately defensive and showed absolutely no empathy for what my dog has gone through while under their care.
To anyone thinking about booking this groomer: Just look at the screenshot of the text (not phone call by the way) I received when my dog was injured. Is this someone you'd trust...
