One of the best experiences I've ever had at a boba shop. Most shops had already closed at 9 pm and this was one of the few that were still open until 10 pm. I called them at 9:36 pm and they let me place an order ahead of time, even though I told them I'd get there a few minutes before they close for the night. The employee on the phone even asked when I wanted them to prepare the drinks instead of making it easier on themselves by making them as soon as they could to get the order out of the way. I already felt bad that I would be holding them up near closing time so I said it would be fine if they make my order as soon as they could. The person on the phone with me was very patient, understanding, and spoke with me with a genuinely kind and friendly tone.
When I got there at 9:56 pm, the drinks were ready and set aside for me. The employees immediately knew that I was the person who put in the phone order and started ringing me up. No, I wasn't the only customer who came in 4 minutes before closing, and no, I wasn't the only one in the shop. The employees were friendly despite it being 9:56 pm on Friday night, and of course, they were professional about it.
Thank you to Ding Tea Rancho for saving my boba date night with my SO. After getting off from a long day of work, I drove from Ding Tea Fontana, which was also supposed to be closing at 10 pm as well, but locked their doors at 9:30. To be honest, I questioned whether the 20 min drive would be worth it for two wintermelon milk teas, but even the service alone that the staff at this Rancho location provided made it all the more worthwhile. On top of the outstanding service, Ding Tea's wintermelon milk tea was made with the same level of quality and deliciousness that I have had at other locations.
Everything about my experience here is positive, from the staff and their service to the quality of their drinks. While this location is still a bit far from where I live to come here frequently, I'll be sure to come back. While it may have been a small gesture from the staff, that's how much that single experience...
Read morePreviously the name of this Bubble tea store was “Ding Tea”. At that time, we came to this place a couple of times. We used to like their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Taro Milk Tea, and Mango Yakult. Today was our first visit to this place after they change their bubble tea store name to “Happy Brew Tea and Boba”. The inside of this place is still well decorated just like before except the name of the place. They have sufficient seating arrangement for the customers, and they also have gaming arrangements (board games, arcade video game console etc.) for the kids. We ordered Mango Yakult through Kiosk. Their service was prompt, we got our drinks within 5 minutes. Their drinks’ price is the same as other bubble tea stores in Rancho Cucamonga. However, the quality of their drinks has gone down a lot. Previously Mango Yakult tasted like Mango Lassi, and it was so good. But today the Mango Yakult we got was below average. It was more like watery Mango Slush. The boba wasn’t soft enough. So, our overall experience was disappointing. Hopefully, they will work on to regain the quality of their drinks...
Read moreFamily owned and friendly. Please support places like these so they can survive the competition from the bigger franchises. Boba tea is good and we can adjust the sweetness level in 25% increments. I have gone from 100 to 25 to be able to enjoy, but also care for my health. They have smoothies, juices, and a coffee option if you're looking for variety. We have tried the milk tea, thai matcha, strawberry matcha, jasmine tea and many others with boba. Our kids love the strawberry, chocolate, and...
