Giving two stars because the manager made it right.
We ordered two meals, one chicken fries meal and a whopper meal. On the whopper we asked for no cheese and no lettuce, the lady even repeated it back twice to us. I also requested honey mustard. At the window I checked the bag and requested my honey mustard they forgot. They gave it to us no issue. We get all the way home only to realize they made the sandwich completely wrong. They only got the no lettuce right but still put cheese on it. When I worked in fast food someone always checked the bags before we sent it out to make sure everything was made right, I don’t understand how hard it is to include no cheese. Or to put honey mustard in the bag. They were not busy there wasn’t a line. We called and the manager kept cutting my mom off and offered for us to drive all the way back into town we told them no. Read moreWent last night for dinner. My wife had the grilled chicken sandwich. She has been vomiting since 3:00am. Obviously someone at Burger King does not know how to properly cook chicken. I have had bad experiences at every single fast food restaurant, however I have never got food poisoning or known anyone that did. Seeing how sick my wife has been since early this morning, infuriates me! I personally have worked as a chef and cook in the restaurant industry for over 10 years. It is not difficult to do the job of a fast food cook!
This is the first ever review that I have ever left about any company! Not only am I writing this to let others in my area know, but also to let the person that is suppose to be in charge of training and or proper food handling procedures know that, I am willing to pursue any and all options that we may have if my wife ends up getting worse from this.

Read moreI placed my order on the app I was given a time for it to be delivered by I always give a grace period. 10 minutes passed the delivery time, I called the delivery driver to get an update because I had received a notification that she had picked up my order, and she stated that she had been standing at the counter for about 10 minutes waiting for them to start making my order. I waited and waited and waited. By the time my order was finally delivered, it was almost 2 hours from when I placed the order and the driver kept apologizing to me and told me the place was empty but they were just standing around talking and not cooking or making anything.
