What could have been an awful experience, had the service been awful, turned into a great experience! Great enough for me to leave a review which I do not do, ever. Haha.

Sunny helped me and my husband to purchase our 10 year wedding anniversary gifts, he even stayed after closing and did not make us feel rushed! Super sweet and helpful.

I purchased a rose gold 1ct diamond ring. It was beautiful! My husband bought a 10k gold bracelet, and he's obsessed with it! My ring however was leaving a black ring around my finger. So after a couple of days, I went back in to ask what was going on. They explained to me that some people's skin rub off the different metals that are found in 14k gold. I was pretty bummed, but they tried to resolve the issues. I wasn't super happy with the fix, so I politely asked then if I could just get something that is white gold I stead. At this point I was working with Jordan, who made me feel heard and did not bat an eye to my crazy suggestion. He immediately responded yes, and we went to look at more rings. Because this was some what of a hassle they gave me a bit of an upgrade from my original ring at no cost! I was so happy with the outcome, the ring, customer service, it was all amazing. Sonny greeted me as soon as I walked into the store, he was friendly and knowledgeable about the selection that matched the type of item I was looking for. Riddles was the first place I stopped while looking for my gift and Sonny was able to provide a card with the price and ordering information for the items I liked most so I could be sure to get those items if I stopped back in.

After shopping other stores I decided one of the items at Riddle's was the one I liked most. Sonny was busy with other customers so I stayed back to ensure I could work with him again. James approached and explained he could assist while Sonny was busy, I pointed out that I had been working with Sonny so wanted to make sure he got credit for the sale. James was very gracious and assured me that he would.

James was just as great as Sonny, he was accommodating in my request for special wrapping requirements and was very personable and warm while performing the sale process. He did an excellent job wrapping the gift and made great suggestions.

Took my ring in to get sized the lady that checked me in was extremally dismissive. She was no help when I was trying to figure out what size would be best, she did not take my phone number down to call me when it was ready. I went back in a few weeks later to just check and ensure they had my correct contact information and the person that helped me wrote my information down and wrote on the paper "call before shipping" a month goes by and I hear nothing from them I called twice a day for three days and the phone just rang with no option for a VM finally I get ahold of someone and ask them if my ring is done yet and he says yes is it getting ready to get shipped today. I told him no need I will be there in 30 minutes. In the middle of me talking he says "ok bye" and hung up on me mid sentence. Went to go pick it up and it took them 10 minutes to track my ring down. I would not have taken my ring there if I did not have a warranty through them. They need to take some classes on customer service and communication.
