Everytime im in here i have the worst experience. First time, i waited 10 min waiting at the register but here’s the thing, a worker was right behind me stocking something the entire time and i patiently waited for them to be done, 5 min goes by and i say im ready to check out and they said “ugh give me a minute”. They then plop everything on the ground and make a big stink about it. Second time, I’m checking out with my sister, and the cashier seemed to be new which is fine. But the manager helping her wasn’t listening to us when we told her we didn’t have a kohls account. She refused to let us go through with the sale unless we were in the kohls system??? Then my sister gave her OLD phone number and the manager snarkly said “oh see look! You do have an account. No need for all that fussing”. I wanted to scream at her. And now, today. Today, I went to buy stuff and the lady who checked me out, was trying to get me confused about signing up for a kohls account. I told her I don’t want one, and that I just want to put my Sephora email in and check out. But she kept trying to explain how we are in a kohls and pushing this kohls device in my face and telling me to put my info in. I kept telling her I only want to put my Sephora info in. She finally stopped. And guess what, I was able to check out without a kohls account! And before you say anything, I worked at Sephora for 3 years and knew about the kohls policy’s.
