There appear to be two types of employees at this location. The first group â often students or newer staff â provide excellent customer service. They take the time to learn company policies, build rapport with regular customers, and go above and beyond to satisfy both their managers and guests. When they make a mistake, they are quick to apologize and correct it without hesitation.
The second group includes management, employees in leadership roles, and long-time staff who have grown complacent. They tend to view customers as the problem and often lack the basic critical thinking skills needed to deliver proper customer service. Low on supplies , they run to freezer and turn the dirty fridge knob and pick up a dirty box that's been shipped from a truck. Again, wearing the same pair of gloves. They prep my meal to look aesthetically pleasing which is appreciated but there was far too much cross contamination and so I will soon end with a belly ache. How do i know this? Because I was one of the few people who changed their gloves at every opportunity i touched something...
