I'd hardly call this dump a mall. It has transformed from an all inclusive facility housing many local and national chains including a few places to grab a bite into a lame strip mall anchored by a theater. It's not a mall and it's yet another reason as if you needed to be reminded that Red Wing is a has been dying town where those that have had control won't let go at the expense of the community. A mall should represent someplace new to check out everytime you go shopping, not just a couple of big box stores and a dance studio. Something locals want and tourists drive to get to.
