Waited for 30 minutes to get help in electronics. Used the kiosk to call for help and they just sent me a notification there was no one to help me 3 times. Why lock everything up if you can't help customers retrieve items?
Edit I was in and out of Walmart in a few short minutes with what I needed. I was greeted happily by several employees and it got me thinking about my experiences at this target. I don't remember the last time I had a conversation with an employee that left me feeling positive about my visit. Ive noticed not a single employee looks happy to be working there. I often feel like I'm being followed around by the employees which makes me really uncomfortable. I come to target to shop leisurely up and down every isle to see what's new that sparks my interest. It's pretty easy to notice the same employee trailing behind you row after row. I lived in Rochester for many years and I used to love the experience I had at target but now that I'm thinking about it the target in Red Wing, MN has a heavy awkward vibe. I know management sets the tone at any workplace and I'm willing to bet they hate their job just as much as the team members...
Read moreLot of rude old ladies that work here, they don't know their products or prices. I've had to go back several times and correct items, and then the older women that work there don't know how to run the register or how to do a return of multiple kinds. One young guy fix the problem so fast I almost fell over in shock. Grateful for this individual. The old ladies run the store during the day and it's affecting the way your customers are treated just look at a previous review written by a mother of three..... If you don't know how to return an item or do a price difference on a return. It's time to retire Granny's..... Plus items are marked wrong. I paid way too much for an item that was on sale. Took it back and was just massive hassle to get it corrected (see above story).... The old ladies are rude too. And when I asked one about the price of an on sale item she told me it was a higher price than it really was. Huge suggestion: make the trip into the city or to Rochester, trust me...
Read moreWorst customer service EVER! I shop at Target stores all of the time this is by far the worst Target experience ever. When I went to check out the price rang up wrong. When they did a price check I was told that price wasn’t there. I went back to meet the girl and show her where it was when I got back to the place the worker had removed the tag that had been there (it was then a blank space which I know it was not 2 min ago when I picked up the product) when I told her she removed it she denied it which I am 100% sure she did! When I talked to the manager she said she would “have to have a talk with her”. You could tell by her demeanor that she was not interested in doing any of it. I will NEVER shop this place again and would suggest anyone with another option...
