Subway — Restaurant in Red Wing

The employees were very disrespectful and very argumentative. I ordered 2 kids meals and other stuff. Kids meals say comes with a sandwich, milk, and applesauce. I grabbed applesauce and the employee argued with me saying the Gatorade I also bought was considered a juice so the applesauce didn't belong with the kids meals. We ate inside with 5 people together only received 3 napkins. Had to wait in line for about 10 minutes to get more napkins. Restaurant was busy with only 2 employees. I also bought a bottle pop for my daughter and she wanted to put the pop in a cup so grabbed a cup and straw. Got a kids meal with Apple sauce and a juice box and ordered a Diet Coke and bag of SunChips. I only received the sandwich and Diet Coke didn’t receive the drink or side of the kid’s meal. Called the location and they said normally people get themselves for pick up don’t know if I believe that as the other location in town, put all the stuff in the bag for me. How is anybody supposed to know that what you’re supposed to do when they don’t tell you I would assume that they would give it to you. And at least at the other location in town, their drinks are behind the counter so I wouldn’t be able to get that myself anyways if it’s the same set up as the other one. don’t recommend if you order ahead if you want...

Worst sub ever! Manager didn't offer refund coupon or anything for bad sub. Was there on Sept 15 had steak and cheese sub usually excellent. This one veggies were bad. Should have realized cucumbers possibly peppers causing sub not to taste as good as usual. Some cucumbers had black spot so had said don't want them with black spot.
