Hi. What a remarkable and blessed experience I just recently had at Wireless World Red Wing,MN !!! Not long ago I had a spendy Motorola phone start swellin' up like it wanted babies so to allay catastrophic loss of contacts,photos and more I visited my regular Hudson store, wishfully thinking I could get a replacement and switch phones in one flail swoop....yeah,right. Ugh. Anyhoo,I was shipped a new phone like over night,( miracle # 1 ) and happened to be in Red Wing visiting my Mom to borrow her car for a few days when I dropped by Wireless World to see if they'd help me out with the switch over which according to shipping documents should have been a breeze. Umm. Yeah. No. It must be told that I was greeted, welcomed,and promptly attended to. It must also be told that I'm 52 and beginning to lose my battle with a myriad of family health problems progressively compounding to spin me off my mortal coil. Breathing,heart,memory,arthritis, chronic and terrible lower back pain,anxiety and depression top the list with recently developed thought and comprehension issues now ensuring complete loss of liberties and self sufficiency soon. This all in addition to my already non existent tech savvy and health based utter lack of patience !!! Not good. Regardless,the dapper young Lady who assisted me took the bull by the horns and with style,poise,class,courage,patience,understanding,knowledge,speed,courtesy,humor,wit,conviction,kindness,modesty,compassion,capability and conscientiousness in consideration of poor state and the great pain I was in, gracefully made the transition,saved all my contacts,accounts,apps,photos,videos,pdf's,etc.and literally gave me back my lifeline to emergency medical care needs, transportation, deliveries, Veteran's services,the food shelf,Dr's,my family and friends and relieved my of the stress, confusion and horrific anxiety I'd have faced attempting to accomplish this on my own !!!! I've never been treated so well and reassured anywhere else at any business ever ! Beyond impressed ! Amazed ! Gratefully,graciously and sincerely appreciated and valued,Steve B.

Read moreI went in on 2/9 to upgrade my phone. I was talked into a BOGO on the Note 9. As well as trading in my IPAD which was only a year old to purchase an S4 tablet. Caveat was they didn't have the tablets in stock. We turned in our phones and my IPAD receiving 1/4 of what I could have sold them for. The tablet came in a week and a half later, we went in to pick it up . I was told I couldn't take it or activate it as I was past due on my Verizon bill for $99.which I was aware of and set up an agreement to pay w/Verizon. Frankly I had payed them $300. For all of the taxes set up and fees and I decided the $99. could wait. I had gone through extreme pain on the 1st visit w/ their associate Amber. It took nearly 3 hours to complete the transaction. I was so frustrated being told I had to wait on the new tablet I advised them to return it and I wanted my IPAD back. Their manager Brooke came out and advised the IPAD is long gone and if paid my bills on time I wouldn't have this problem. This statement was made loud enough for all in the store to hear, clearly an attempt to humiliate me. Not so easy. I will be filing a claim against them for the return of my IPAD and with Verizon. I strongly caution anyone who expects a decent customer experience not to go to this authorized retailer. With this negative review, I will add their associate Brea was very good to work with even when I was clearly frustrated. Read moreMe and my husband went in to upgrade our phones and instead we were told that in order to upgrade our phones we have to buy a packaged deal for accessories that was the only promotion that they were offering. I told them I just want to upgrade just the phones I don't want accessories we were told otherwise. 2 Days Later my husbands brand new phone had problems with the screen and had to bring it back in to get a new phone. After that I called Verizon customer service to give them my rebate and the representative I spoke to told me that the Red Wing Verizon store did not give us the right quote and that was not what we should have went through. She sincerely apologized and had to rebate us on our next 2 bills because of how much we had to pay out-of-pocket for a simple upgrade because the store did not do the rebate that they were supposed to do right away not to send it in.
