Taco Bell — Restaurant in Red Wing

Let me first say I have waited expectantly for several years for a Taco Bell to be conveniently located in my town. However, the one they built here is the worst I have ever been to. There is very little parking space (at a site that used to be a Pizza Hut with a ton of parking), and the inside has so little space that if it is busy you won't have a place to sit down. There is a huge drive-around for the drive-thru that is taking up a ton of space, and when it -is- busy it takes forever to get thru because there's 20 cars in line. The food is sloppily made, and almost every time I have ordered something there's been ingredients missing. When they do have all the ingredients, it seems like they aren't using the proper amounts. When I ordered a steak taco it literally had four small pieces of steak. The employees don't care if they help their customers since I have waited 10 minutes before for service inside with no line. They made me feel as if I wasn’t a welcomed customer and put my order on hold just because I accidentally mis used the online ordering. And as I waited inside the store for my online drivethru order per request of the lady at the window. I had noticed cars that were pulling in 5 minutes after standing here in the store were being helped before the family inside who I had seen waiting here longer than me. And it was really sad to hear I got my drinks and multiple people in the drive thru got there food before the family even got there drinks, might I add the family placed there order before I was even in the building. After giving them there drinks there was no lids either and me and the family observed the kids in the back just talking and laughing. At first I was writing this for the disrespect I got for making an accident and forgeting to tell them my mobile order at the window. I come here almost daily for close to 5 years and have never had any serious problems with the place other than quality of the food changes drastically depending on when you show up. Today I came in and ordered my food and asked for the taco to be chicken instead of beef. What I received was a chicken taco that had been originally made with beef then they dumped the beef out and put the chicken on top of it. As a person that worked at Taco Bell for almost 3 years and was a manager at one point I can tell you this is not what you're supposed to do. The tortilla should've been thrown away or set aside in case it was needed for the next order. Instead I received the most disgusting taco I've had to eat from here and I didn't get past one bite.
