Very positive and inviting environment. You never feel intimidated. Everyone is helpful, energetic, happy to help. The coaches are very in tune. They give you a lot of one on one to make sure your getting the most out I have your work out and stay safe. I have learned so much about my body. The owner/Coach makes me feel welcome & sends out emails to check on how everything's going, scales workouts down for me, and focuses on teaching proper form which has been really great! I am so grateful for a wonderful experience at RipWing while visiting recently. This was a very clean and safe place to get a great workout in. I was able to connect with Calli prior to and during my visit and she helped make this experience very easy and enjoyable.
