I am so sad to leave this review as this has been my go-to place to shop for years. The customer service has gone so far downhill that today was officially my last visit. After bringing it to their attention multiple times over the past 6+ months…. with no remedy, I would rather take my business elsewhere. They just don’t seem to care.

There is one cashier in particular who is not only non-friendly, but actually simply rude and continues to refuse to bag anything for her customers. Even when asked. She doesn’t say “hi” or greet you when you walk up to her station, and appears to do her best to actually ignore you. This cashier is what one would see and describe as a “lazy worker,” which, on top of her rude attitude, makes for not only a non-positive experience, but a negative one. She very clearly does not like her job and does not want to be there. If you’ve been there, you surely know who I’m talking about: 20’s, glasses, black/dark hair usually in a ponytail. And always one of the only couple of cashiers available, unfortunately.

I do have to say some of the workers on the floor are incredibly kind! Very much so, and often trying to be helpful. They are the reason for the two stars. I appreciate them.

I stopped buying produce there months ago as it was often moldy on the shelves and, if it wasn’t moldy, it would go bad/moldy within a couple days of getting it home.

A brief scroll of other reviewers will show mention of these same couple issues multiple times over.

If you want a positive shopping experience (especially at check-out) and fresh produce, I would sadly suggest avoiding this...

This is perfect 2nd place to shop, provided you pay close attention to prices and don't impulse buy. If you are savvy to local grocery store prices and already have your necessities you can find name brand to top end quality foodstuff for rock bottom prices. There's a variety of: ~ Frozen foods (always good deals and wide name brand selection, watch the prices!) ~ Quality packaged meats, cold cuts, cheeses, spreads, condiments (some really good deals on some really good stuff) ~ Canned foods (sorta cheap) ~ Breads/pastrues (competitive prices, no deals) ~ Snacks/cookies/chips/candy/chocolate (good deals here). The only I'm not giving this stire a 5 star rating is because, no matter what, you just can't seem to quite get all of your necessities here. I've never been able make a complete shopping trip here unlike most supermarkets. You always have to go to another store to finish out the list. However..., The staff is friendly, courteous and (the best thing of all) I never feel rushed when at the checkout..., And, they even bag...

I shop here for my in between stores. It's not as huge as Costco amounts, but pretty close if not beating some prices, sometimes. They usually have a lot of produce that is ripe and ready to go so I shop here when I know I want fresh foods to eat right now. I would not shop here if I was planning on bulk shopping for a month in advance.

This particular store has always provided excellent customer service. Employees still happy to help you even when you show up 30 minutes til close and get to the register 5 minutes after. They are usually all very aware of customers and ask you when it's apparent you need help but don't bother you every ten seconds when you are trying to decide what flavor Pop tarts to buy. The employees at this location definitely help push this...
