My son, and I ordered our burgers to eat in the restaurant. As we stand in line we notice one of the workers behind the counter, coughing. It turned out to be a chronic cough that she could not help herself. We ordered our food and sat down at a shared table with the general manager and one of the employees. The ill employee continue to cough and cough. Our meal was ready, and we proceeded to eat with caution. She was the employee taking the meals from the cooks. And getting him set up for the counter. I finally made a comment to the general manager and employee sitting next to us “that the employee continues to cough”. I asked him don’t you hear her it seems to be a health issue? I looked straight at him and he didn’t comment. He kind of Clint his cup on the table and proceeded to get up. He went over and spoke to the employee. She grabbed her purse and stormed out the door. After about five minutes, she came back in and coughed three times right in front of us. Over emphasizing the last cough. This was a missed managed and poor experience for us as customers. Every minute or two this lady was coughing. Would you find this to be an issue if you were eating in...
Read moreI know a specific place has no controll over online services, but they are in charge of the service you receive at the physical establishment. I placed an online order, while on my way there, for a single milkshake. Upon walking in, I see its very busy, and got an email that my order had failed. I ask them at the counter and the manager said "I'm not sure and we dont have an order" and that he could make it but I would have to stand in line to pay. I find it ridiculous that they couldn't simply slide my card on the register they were not using or simply do it quickly after the current customer. I wasnt cutting the line, though most advertisements for ordering online are about "skipping the line" and it was a simple 1 item order. Not to mention if the manager is going to use that they are busy as an excuse maybe he should have both registers going and the 3 ladies standing behind the counter next to him actually work instead of just standing there talking amongst themselves as they...
Read moreSo I don't want to start off with negative feedback as I like the Habit. The staff are always respectful and helpful. Food is ready at a reasonable time. And for the most part, fresh. The first thing I kinda struggled with was being asked to tip. I think we need to remind ourselves that this is a fast food restaurant like Burger King or McDonalds. They do the same exact job. Food quality has nothing to do with it. The other thing is my meal. This is the second time my meal was not up to the Habit standard. When I grabbed my hamburger, right off the bat, I was like, why is it so hard? The buns were stale. I took a bite. Stale. Not to mention, what I wanted on the burger was not on the burger. Again, I love this place. I just worry it will end up like other great places where they cut corners over profits. Pay your staff what they are worth, and stop trying to pawn tips of customers. And due quality checks from time to...
