Redwood Sole — Local services in Redding

Bad online experience. First order being cancelled by the system (within few minutes) without any reason during non operating hours. Merchant never reply email but I suspect is because of the billing and shipping address must match so i tried using the same address on second attempt. However, the second order has been cancelled again (after few hours) by the merchant during operating hours. Just right after my second order being cancelled the price of the item was increased, coincidence? or the merchant want to raise prices for the item and therefore cancelled my second order? To be honest it is totally fine for listing any prices you want but not by cancelling your customer's order after they placed their order in the first place! A deal is a deal....
