Prime Time Nutrition — Local services in Redding

I’m leaving this review because this has happened multiple times now. Yesterday, I placed an order and used all of my WIC benefits, but I didn’t receive my oranges. On top of that, I was given a bag of rotten kiwis, 2 containers of raspberries and bag of bell peppers, they are all completely inedible and gross looking. I think they hold on to a lot of product thats close to the expiration date or past and dont toss it. Even my milk smelled a little funky. As a single mom of four, I really rely on my WIC, and I expect to receive fresh, quality items. I come here because it’s convenient, but I’m seriously considering going back to Safeway. This is becoming really frustrating 😒 The employees are super sweet and I hate leaving reviews like this but the quality of the items I've been getting or not getting is starting to upset me. If I continue going here, I'll be checking the quality of everything prior to leaving the business.
