So I come to this Dutch Brothers about five times a month. It's a convenient stop on my way in and out of Redding, as I'm an out-of-stater. That being said the last few times I've been there they have managed to screw up a simple order like a vanilla latte. At first it was just a simple mistake, the cashier assumed I wanted it iced (while it is summer, it was 5:00 in the morning) and offered to remake it right there. And that's great, except that the guy that she handed it off to made me a regular latte. Which is not what I ordered, nor did I want to wait another 5 minutes for him to figure out how to make a vanilla latte. I know it seems like a very small thing, but when I'm ordering a drink from a place that's charging me six bucks, I expect them to get it right the first time. Again mistakes happen but two mistakes in a row that rates a two-star, and me finding a different coffee shop. I know the five cups a month aren't going to break you, but if you continue to treat your customers like this, or continue with the incompetent staff you're going to lose a lot more than just...

I preloaded my gift card to my Dutch Pass on the app but couldn't order from the app. I guess that feature is not available. I tried ordering at the window but after about 5 minutes of the employees just glancing at me continuing to make other orders the guy from the drive through came to take my order. I told him the exact small sized drink I wanted and showed him my Dutch Pass with the money loaded. I had to tap my credit card to pay the remaining balance and was shocked to hear that it was an additional $8 and change. There are no prices on the app or oh the menu board at the window so I didn't know that a small drink was going to be $10 and I do mean small. Like literally 8oz! I wasn't offered a receipt so I didn't know the gift card balance wasn't used until later in the day. Now I over paid and won't be able to use that balance.    Read moreI havenât been to Dutch Bros in awhile and this morning when I went to get drinks I ordered my drink with a lady that was helping at the cars. First of all she didnât ask me if I wanted hot or cold drinks. One of my drinks were correct but the other one wasnât. When I noticed that the lady in the building was making a iced coffee I asked her if my drink was ordered as a hot or cold drink and she said that it was a iced drink and I asked her if she can make it a hot drink and she rolled her eyes at me like she was upset and started talking to the other employees like I wasnât there and it made me feel uncomfortable for her to say that this was the 15th time that it has happened that morning and that she doesnât understand why people canât order there stuff correctly. She also made the drink luke warm and as a manager at a store that conversation should have never been brought up in front of customers.
