Lane Bryant — Local services in Redlands

Today my grandma went into the store and purchased a large amount of items. I walked in and asked the cashier if she could apply a coupon I found online for $50 off of $150+. The coupon had a code word but cashier asked me for a barcode. I searched and could not find a barcode. The cashier then ask her manager who tried to immediately dismiss the coupon saying " Theres no coupon with that offer" I showed her the coupon with the stores name and website and she became upset and said "let me use our computer to see if it's on our store website". After 3mins she walks over and says the order does not qualify for a discount because my grandma's items were on special. My grandma told the manager she paid full price no sale items and the cashier backed her claims the Manager says "well then your items are excluded that's why the coupon won't work. I then checked the details on the coupon for fine print and I read them out loud for the cashier and manager and again the manager became upset because she did want to honor the coupon.

This went on for a total of 15minutes and while they so called searched for the coupon once again another cashier says " We just used that coupon yesterday and it worked" the manager avoided eye contact and didn't acknowledge the comment. I pulled up the store website and the sale was on the main page very big which let's me know they never searched. I showed her and at that point she magically found a code for the exact discount I was asking for. THIS GOES TO SAY THEY WILL TRY TO GET OVER ON YOU IF YOU LET THEM. Management is lacking customer service and equitte I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS...

I have problems with this store before in the sense that I've had several things in my hand and they didn't take my stuff into the fitting room like Muslim bryant's. It's a girls were busy I could understand but a couple of times they were standing in a circle talking or into their tasks. I drive from Indio California as my Lane Bryant has closed in Palm desert. I asked her if she had a couple of items that I was going to order. The young lady said they're over there and over there. Due to the fact that I'm elderly and have a disability I was surprised that she had pointed out and she looked like she was going to continue with her task. So I said I'm sorry I really need to be shown these items. And she looked at me with kind of an evil look and said well I was going to show you you don't have to be that way with me. I told her this only because I have a disability look like she was going to go on with her tasks. And really shocked at the way she talked at me I just have had my last situation at the store I will not be shopping at this...

I have been to Lane Bryant at various locations and pleased with each of them. Today at Mountain Grove Lane Bryant I simply went to browse but was pleasantly surprised by all the stylish blouses I found on the $10 rack, the large selection of the 50% off Clearance items and even the specially marked $5 jewelry to complement my new outfits. Don't miss their winter coats which are 40% off if you still need one, the next season sneak peeks of clothes are on display early and cutesy Valentine's PJs! Top it off the clerks were nice, friendly and mindful to keep customers safe and disinfect the counters between each transaction. One cashier even knew ASL for Deaf/HOH and signing...
