Nike Factory Store - Redlands — Local services in Redlands

What a fantastic experience. We had to get a certain shoe for an event and when I shopped on the Nike website I found that the shoes were available in the Redlands store. Rather than shipping and possibly waiting to find out that they were either the wrong size or there was another issue I figured we'd just go in.

I was largely unprepared for the fact that this was a factory store. I think honestly I was slightly taken aback that it looked kind of like a Payless. It was swamped inside too!

Once we walked in we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman that welcomed us to the store. We walked around for a few minutes trying to find this specific shoe but was unable to. I just so happened to see that same man and asked him if he had the shoes. He immediately knew what I was talking about and asked me if I would prefer the standard or if B Grade was acceptable. He then explained that B grade shoes often had very subtle flaws that were not obvious to them , but carried a 10% off price tag!

We went up and paid and I was also reminded that if we were unhappy with the shoes, we had 60 days to return or exchange.

Phenomenal experience from top to bottom. Friendly staff, the right product, and a location relatively close to home.

Don't get five star reviews out much because companies really have to spend time to earn them but I really like the way that we were treated...

Was here with my Wife to purchase a few Dry Fit Shorts. Was on the sales floor , and came across Monique. She directed me to the type I was looking. Very Friendly & directive. When we were ready to pay, she happen to be at the register we were about to pay at. Again , greeted us with a Big Smile and asked if we found everything ok. I advised her we found a few of the shorts we were looking for my self & my son. Two of them were not available, and will be purchasing them online. She asked if we were Nike Rewards Members. We said Yes! But she couldn't find our Emails in her device , she didn't give up and continued looking. Finally after her going above & beyond.....Success! Bottom line , she provided GREAT Customer Service , Very Professional & And Above all Great Smile! Thank you again Monique for provided Outstanding Service. We will definitely be back here And look forward to...

AWESOME STORE (no hyperbole)!! Store is kept immaculately clean and tidy! No clothing is found laying on the floor, or draped over racks from lazy customers (as you'd find in other retail establishments), which means either 1) the customers here AREN'T lazy, or 2) the salespeople wandering around the store are on top of their job.

I like that the selection of clothing, and especially their shoes, are changed or updated every couple of weeks. I've been here 6 times within the past 3 months (roughly), and found something new each and every time! You also need to check the north and east walls (back walls for shoes) for the nice discounts they have, which are in addition to the different discounted shoes that are on display at any given moment. It being Nike, the prices are still kinda high (my wallet hates me every time I enter the store 😁), but you're paying for quality and style, so...
