Went here yesterday to dine in after a long day. The customer service was horrible. We waited almost 30 minutes and received our order with everything wrong. A completely different burger than what I ordered. My girlfriends order was also completely wrong. I watched the cashier tell the cook what to make 3 times and he still did not understand her. We waited and additional 10 minutes and nothing. We asked to speak to a manager about receiving a refund and this person Jacelyn came out with a disgusting attitude and acted like we were wasting her time. When we asked foe a refund she said wait a minute and walked to the back and stayed there for a while. Then she came out and I asked for the corporate number, she hollered, THIS IS NOT A CORPORATION ITS A FRANCHISE!! AND YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY IN 2-10 BUSINESS DAYS!! She rolled her eyes and grinned. No apology for the food issue, no class and no customer service skills and this is your manager????? She went back to the back and another manager came out named Ashley. She first stated the reason why we couldn't get an instant refund is because only the district manager Stacy V. can do it. That sounded very odd to me. Either way she gave us the district managers phone number and it's just a voice mail. We left a message. No call back, we called again, no answer. This location was dirty with trash all over the floor. The bathrooms stank horribly and were filthy, so I am actually glad we didn't get our food because who knows what pathogens are floating around. We want our money back ASAP. PS. The management of this place is unacceptable and unprofessional. I saw the cooks hovered over people's food talking and laughing, I saw a door dasher bring back an order cause it was wrong. I saw three other customers return their orders and ask for the correct orders and if u have cameras look how long that salad and burger sat uncovered on the front counter at 515pm 5/14/24. It had to be at least 20 minutes.
UPDATE! We are still waiting on a refund. Never received our money back, even though we paid over 30.00 for food we never received. I believe the links to resolve the issues consumers may have is just a distraction. We have received no follow up! People DO NOT EAT HERE! It’s nasty and the customer service is terrible...
Read more10/11/25 - New review - Although I am disappointed that Will, Manager, left the Habit, Jr. is still there and managing the Habit efficiently. It’s consistently busy, clean and the workers are great. The food is delicious; the atmosphere is relaxed and fun. I recommend Jr. be elevated to corporate. We need more leaders like Jr. running great establishments like the Habit and expediting/ accelerating revenues. I’m definitely a fan of his management style!
I called the call center about 8:20 pm tonight because I could not leave a review online. The website would not accept the store number and survey code. Laurie at the call center said she could not transfer me to the corporate office or give me an email. She cannot think outside of the box and was willing to let me hang up without giving a glowing review. Jr., on the other hand, would be able to manage this issue in an instant and ensure there are no barriers to a review.

Service: I'm going to start with the service since it only has two stars because the cashier got our order wrong multiple times after repeating it and we even had to return to the cashier to place another order for the other half of our order. Then when looking at our receipt we were charged for individual items rather than for a meal.
Cleanliness: Next, I went to the restroom and there was no soap to wash my hands. So if employees are using the restroom how are they supposed to wash your hands with soap before returning to work? We decided to take our food to go so while waiting by a nearby table the floor was sticky and when I tried to throw my trash away all the trash cans were full. There was plenty of seating yet the dining room was neglected and wasn't cleaned regularly.
Food: We asked for a different salad dressing but gave us the wrong one. -1⭐ for not paying attention.
Recommendations: My personal favorite is the Teriyaki Burger if you want something or a bigger appetite then the Santa Barbara Charburger. The fries are okay but the onion rings are the absolute best I've ever had and almost don't want to go anywhere else for them.
