Garbage facility, rude behavior from certain members of the staff. After two years of Amazon and once being happy to be at work, I unfortunately have to admit this was the site that inspired my resignation. I felt so discouraged and condensended to by the leadership staff. Each passing day felt like a prison sentence where my anxiety was super high due to constantly being interrogated for my work. Correcting associates errors is absolutely essential for the company's success and I fully understand that but their is a way to talk to associates without making them feel like they are children. Worst warehouse to go to, there is a highland fire going on , and they haven’t shutdown the building. The smoke is causing workers including me, Nausea,migraines, and burning eyes. They don’t care about their employees ,just how many boxes can be sent out . They took the whole day shift off the schedule today 9/9/24, but not night shift. On the 8th, night shift had to work in these horrible conditions and were offered VTO the last 2 hours of the shift . while day shift ,on the 9th, were able to stay home and still get paid today. The air quality is 172 which states it is unhealthy. THIS IS WRONGGGG!...

This is the most rubbish warehouse in the entire United States. Each driver usually comes here for more than 12 hours. The on-site unloading is very, very slow. Three meals a day are spent here, so many people's time is wasted here.
