Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Redlands

I don’t really like shopping as I look at it as a chore. I can say I appreciate that music is being played and helps make the chore tolerable. Either way, I have purchased one of many cute outfits from Nordstrom rack online and in store, which I mostly like to do online. On several occasions that I decide to go in store Im always at the clearance aisle. I have purchased some great finds. I was on the lookout for a bday outfit for my daughter’s bday. Happy bday month baby! I ended up getting two dresses and I really wanted the third one but it was way too short and I don’t really want to babysit my outfit but it was so cute , 😢. Overall I enjoy when I do come in because some items aren’t on the app and I dance to the music lol. See you soon when I have my next babies...

Make no mistake about it: This is NOT the Nordstrom you are used to. Don't even waste your time.

Edit: My previous comment (above) brought a 3-star ("meh") rating. The fact that Brooke sent a reply within 12 hours earns another star, if only because it indicates management cares. My disappointment related to difficulty in finding what I needed, primarily because of limited and inadequate stock, as well as disorganization (which may have been related to the Christmas season, but should have been--yet, was not--immediately addressed by staff).

Nordstroms is not a shop that I visit to often. Due to work and obligatory constraints. But when I do. I always visit this one. The selection is getting better each time. Safety protocols are in place for customers and employees alike. Everyone I've come in contact with has been fantastic! Pleasent. Friendly. That makes a shopping experience worth while. And makes you want to come back again and again. Besides clothing, accessories and shoes. Some household items are offered. At the checkout area. They even have a small selection of snacks. I cheated on my last visit. And purchased a mini bag of non alcoholic mojito lime gummies. The bag didn't survive the trip out of the parking lot. Take the time to give this place a whirl.
