Star Tulip Stuffies House of Fine Stuffed Animals — Local services in Redlands

I have been coming to this store since 2021 or so. I have come mainly to buy the stuffed animals and flags. The selection is amazing and the store feels whimsical. The owner is very kind and friendly. I have seen families come in with young ones and although the store is a small (due to all the amazing stuffies packed in the place) the owner encourages young ones to engage instead of being afraid or demeaning that they may be messy. She is warm hearted and friendly. It is very clear that she loves what she does. There is also a raffle usually done and I know this owner gives baskets of goodies through the year to charitable organizations or fundraisers. If she doesn't have an animal she checks to see if one can be ordered and provides insights to the brands and quality of each stuffie. I will disclose that most of the stuffed animals are probably for adults or collectors as they are a bit pricey but very much worth it. By a bit pricey, I simply mean that there is a range from $10/15 to $50+ depending on size and quality. I have bought 12 seasonal flags of great quality and beautiful art AND I have purchased at least 7 to 8 stuffies from several birds to a goat to a gall bladder to a snail and so on. I have been a customer and devotee of Star Tulip Stuffies and the owner since the 1990's when it was located in the Redlands Mall. I was immediately intrigued with the quality and variety of items in this wonderful store along with the owner's knowledge of her products and her commitment to providing this quality. I have surely purchased at least 1 of each brand/style of pug that has ever been in the store, in addition to many other animals. I have known the owner for all these past years and NEVER has she been rude or curt to me or to anyone else I have seen in the store! I moved to Northern Caifornia a year ago and sorely miss my visits to Star Tulip Stuffies and my conversations with the owner. I treasure all my stuffed pugs, my wombat, polar bear, meerkat, and my gorgeous wolf, as well as all the other animals and items I purchased as gifts that people loved. The lady was extremely sweet and friendly! There were so many cute plushies inside too I had a hard time choosing! The lady would be so nice and make some jokes like I said "I had a hard time choosing between a German shepherd and the German pointer." She replied with "You should see me picking what to order for the shop!" I thought that was so sweet,Also I was amazed by the selection of Douglas animals! The lady also asked if we needed help with anything, My mother said "No thank you she's just looking " she said back "Oh okay no worries we don't charge for looking!"then proceed to laugh. Eventually I decided on the German pointer Douglas and named her Saturn! This place has a great selection of stuffed animals and I would definitely come back again.
