I always have an amazing experience when I come here I been coming here since my daughter was born she is 6 now and now that I have twins boys this store is soo convenient but yesterday it’ was very horrible I got there around 5 and I know they close at 5:30 so right when I walked in the lady that was working there was very rude I walked in and she had told me we close at 5:30 okay I just said okay and walked straight to what I was looking for I felt very pressured then I couldn’t find the 5t girls cloths And usually when I can’t find something I ask a worker and they are always so amazing and usually guide me and are very bubbly but when I told the lady from yesterday she answered me it’s all there it should be there I told her I understand but that’s why I am asking beacuse I can’t find it and she just said everything is labeled it’s right there when you walk in it’s in there . Felt very disrespected I understand you close in a couple min but no need to be rude like that and I had cloths and I put them down and kept looking she just started charging them I told her I wasn’t 100% about all them and she said okay I just charge them and just tell me what you don’t want so at that moment it didn’t even make me feel like keep shopping I just wanted to leave felt supper pressured. This place has been a blessing for many but also for myself. I've been going for 5-6 years. I love that kids clothes can be given for credit and uses to purchase other clothing, shoes, toys, etc for such great prices. Clothes are hardly ever or even never worn as they take only clean and full sets of clothes. Kids grow so fast and it's great to save money as well as save clothes out of the landfills! All of them have always been so helpful, like Jen! I have contacted too many times on like FB to see if they had certain items before I go there and they help if they have time. I thought this place was going to be good. It was like any other thrift store. Old faded some stained clothes. Most looked like they came from walmart. I was hoping for bigger brands, carter's, old navy, baby gap, Oshkosh, genuine kids ect... usually specialized resale stores don't take absolutely anything. Clothing usually has to be in good condition and fairly new and only certain brands. I was also looking for a Boppy pillow they were highly priced at $20 and not very clean looking.
