Tune Time Stereo & Alarm — Local services in Redlands

I took my 2017 Jeep Renegade to Tune Time Stereo & Alarm to get a head unit installed. Not only did they do a clean installation job but figured out how to make everything work with my stock steering wheel. While getting my head unit installed they also tinted my winddows using 3M tint with a warranty.

They even made my stock USB port work with the new head unit.

I was so impressed I went back to talk about getting a subwoofer enclosure in my spare tire well. My car like a lot of new cars doesnt come with a spare tire. Instead it has an empty space and an air compressor.

They made a custom inclosure using two 10" Focal P25F subwoofers. As you can see from the pictures I can still use all of the back and still have access to the subwoofers. The pictures don't show that under the sub enclosure is my stock air compressor in stock location I also have access to.

They installed an Arc Audio XDI 1100.1 class D amp out of the way under my seat.

Initially I felt I was in the right place when I had tune time install my new stereo and speakers. After a few weeks of constant, and what grew to be louder and louder rattling in the doors, I felt the need to investigate. Both driver and passenger side speakers were installed with just 1 screw. Now I understand that we are in trying times, and construction materials are getting more expensive and harder to find daily....but come on....it was 4 more sheet metal screws.....I also found it to be a nice touch when I stopped by after the stereo was installed to inquire about how the steering wheel control can be adjusted to change radio stations to ones that have been programmed and not scan up and down, and the response was to ask someone who cares. I know this was in jest, and I enjoy banter, but this was quite unprofessional. I'm not sure why any installer would assume the buyer wants to scan every station between the stations they actually have programmed. Maybe this is the new era of car stereos........still...

5 stars all around for customer service ( thanks Mike), product knowledge, quality install in a very timely, accommodating manner, and just an all around great experience. I came in with my 2007 FJ Cruiser and was confident right off the bat that Mike would guide me to an audio system that would fit my needs, because honestly I know nothing about audio systems. Mike completely respected my initial needs and did not try to upsell or pressure me into anything aside from my initial goal, and did recommend we get a system that was in my budget, that will accommodate future needs. I now have an amazing SONY XAV-AX7000 !! I’m so pleased. Thank you Mike at Tune Time..see ya next year ( after the snow season) for other...
