Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Redlands

The worst Jack. Strolled in at about 2000 hours, people. Normal for starv'N folk nowadays. Senior Jack would be disappointed at the service and food quality based on 21st Century standards. Is this 1993, Jack? Food is not made to order. Food was cold, at a Jack? Really? How is that possible? Shakes were kept in freezer and were attempted to be sold as new. Why? Uhh, no, fresh one please. Low class attitude towards Jack's goal of fresh food and customer service. How do you mess up an order? Easy, just give the customer what is already made in the heat lamp for an unknown duration. I said no mustard and buns were soggy-stale. Onion rings were cold, soggy, crumpling. Wait? It's just me. NEGATIVE! $40 dollars worth of fodder was misrepresented as items from Jack's menu. Is this Jack's house, no. A flashback of 1993, maybe. I don't understand how this could happen. A frightening reminder for the consumer on how bad it was in 1993, avoid this little establishment. Really...

(March 25 at 2:52am) I was at drive thru, i had informed the customer name from speaker 🔈 to store associate he said come to window. Finally after 20 minutes I was at window, and the guy said, hey you need to go around again and at line food not ready, then I told him, I already waited at line 20 minutes to get this order, if it’s not ready I will wait outside so can you bring food outside? He answered no you have to go around for line again, he was shouting, the guy was very rude, disrespectful, acting like drunk people and also he was threatening me from window, this place very dangerous due to bad employee like this guy. It was very scary 😱 . This was absolutely harassment. so please jack in the box manager take seriously of this issue. I don’t want to see this again....

Yesterday I went through the drive through and ordered a jumbo jack when I came to the window realized I was charged a double . I politely said I didn't order a double and the manager name Anna begin to raise her voice telling me to give the burger back and extremely rude gives it back to me I get home find obviously placed on the cheese was a white and black hair. Who knows what else they did to it. completely horrified this really happens. come to find out the store manager maria was there and must be awarethis .. horrible!! So disgusting and sad they must be in the business of doing this regularly. I was not even rude so I can imagine what happens to rude people's food.
