They're great! When I suspected one of my small dogs has food allergies, my mom recommended Paws... I walked in and was greeted by friendly knowledgeable people that listened, gave me options in different price ranges, and explained everything. No hard sell on the expensive stuff, just information! I left with a shampoo that's amazing (Micro-Tek) to help relieve coast and skin irritation and a dog food with very minimal ingredients to try. Gave it a week, but my lil one was still allergic, went back exchanged for a full bag of the "next in line" food combo, gave it a week, went back and had to exchange again (poor puppy!). They encouraged me and let me know she'd get better. Welp 3rd times a charm! Prices are great, I pay about 10 bucks more for a large bag, but this is way better quality, my nuggets eat less, have incredible energy, and allergies are gone! To sum it up, if you want the very best for your 4 legged family...

I went in to this store because my deaf dog had his first grooming appointment and the night of, his eye was filled with blood.

I went into paws to look for some eyewash, and was warmly welcomed by Grace and the owner of paws, and had a 10 minute conversation about the incident with my puppy.

They both were amazing with their insights as I didn’t know why his eye was filled with blood and recommended me to wait a week to see if it gets better.

So the week is up, and my dogs eye looks normal again and they saved me a lot of money from seeing a vet for it!

Took my daughter here after she found out that cats roamed around. She loves cats like crazy. I found on this 2nd trip a discontinued harness that will work for my baby pug so I purchased it. I do find a lot of the canned foods are a little pricey here for my budget. I use the can of food Pure Harmony and they don't carry this brand here from what I see. I love coming in here, they have dog beds, chew toys. Just about everything for dogs and cats. The customer service is right on. Very nice people and helpful they are too.
