I call this place for shade/curtain for my house. There was only one lady taking care of all Hunter Douglas clients. I paid the nonrefundable $200 for the measurement, then one guy came did the job. I came there 3 times after the measurement, and talked to the sales lady. Every time the lady promise she will send me something, however till today, I got nothing, not even the measurement report. Once when I came there with my wife, the sales lady was sitting there watching a movie. She was so concentrated until we asked her some questions. Sorry for the interruption. Her promise was consistent, but so was the result.
