I opted for Signature Facial which included the enzymatic masks and a steam to open pores. Followed by an extraction. Microdermabrasion, which I must add was my first time. I do have sensitive skin and was concerned. There was a bit of pain. A proper scrapping and polishing sensation. This is natural since the skin is getting polished. Arolyn was very attentive and made sure that I didn't have any extreme reaction. She walked me through what each step in the facial entails and how my skin is doing; making sure I was comfortable. Glycolic Exfoliation was next. A neutralizing solution was applied. Then some kind of cooling mask I want to say? Arolyn massaged my face with cold crystals. It felt amazing after getting the actives put on my skin. I must add that during the waiting in between each layer of mask and solution, I was given a hand and foot massage. Everything was very relaxing and I am glad I opted for the Signature Facial. Arolyn promised that I will not have any reaction, or extreme redness. She kept her promised. She tailored the treatment to my skin needs and used gentler solutions for my skin. I appreciate her knowledge and her overall energy as well.
