ANOTHER UPDATE: And after I left my review and updated, they updated their own review. This is a business operating as such…. Worst mannerisms ever. I can’t make this up. My last comment to you all, the public, would be a suggestion. Please look at the quality of the grooms. They put all the effort to draw people in with their pink design, but keeping them is another thing. Try for yourself! Not worth it.

UPDATE: Truly so glad I did not answer their call when they called me just a bit ago (likely after reading my review). Look up Doggy Cat Boutique in Lomita. Took us in LAST MINUTE & I do not regret it. Some ownership from the business would’ve been appreciated. Instead, they said “we are happy to not have you amongst one of our regular clients” which is funny because every client is new before they’re a regular, right? It’s a pretty bakery, but stay away! Really wanted to like this place. This would be the second time I schedule my day around the groom time I booked online. Received a call to move my appointment to 11 instead of 11:30 so the groomer has time for her break. I show up at 10:45 and ask if I can drop my dog off. Receptionist says she can’t take him. So, I let her know I’ll go run an errand and keep my original 11:30am. She says sure… I leave, receive a call, and am told she can’t do 11:30 and ask if I can come back for my 11am. The answer is no. I want to start with thanking them for being so patient and kind with me and my dog I mentioned to them that my 6 year old Yorkie has had trouble been groomed because he seems to have severe grooming anxiety due to not so well grooming experiences else where. I requested Sarah for his grooming appt and she was amazing the moment we walked in she came and introduced herself to me and my dog we went over his sensitive spots and how short we would go with his hair cut. He's a Yorkie so I asked as short as they possibly can since summer is approaching. when I handed her the leash he left with no issues no struggle no pulling back I felt like I left him in good hands . when It was time to pick him up I was shocked and impressed at how well she managed to cut his hair. She explained everything they did to him, what he enjoyed and what he didn't respond well too.they were very professional from the beginning to end.. I will definitely keep bringing my dog here and see Sarah so my dog can become besties with her. maybe he'll lose his grooming anxiety... thank you guys for such an awesome experience and leaving my dog nicely groomed. i definitely recommended this place to anyone who is looking for a great spa grooming experience. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming! I recently brought my dog, Sundae, in for a grooming session, and it was such a positive experience from start to finish. Rochelle, our groomer, was absolutely incredible! Sundae tends to get anxious, but Rochelle's calm, kind, and patient approach made all the difference. She handled everything so smoothly, and Sundae came out looking gorgeous and feeling so much more at ease than I anticipated.

The lady at the reception was also an absolute gem. She gave me great advice, which led me to pick up some amazing treats and two fun toys for Sundae! It’s clear that this place cares deeply about its customers and their pets, and the overall atmosphere is so welcoming.
