Had trouble speaking to the designer about the project we wanted completed, I left messages multiple times and they were never returned. He received them and didn't respond, and did not communicate well altogether by email or over the phone. I had one project done with them and the owner was worried about not getting the buisness and that was the only reason the project got completed. And even though it was completed there was a very long delay. Decided to give them another shot, and placed another order in February, left multiple messages and tried to get in touch with the designer and when I finally did he told me that he seen the last message and forgot! Very big lack of customer service on there parts. Not happy at all. Will not be doing business...

Garbage. Untrustworthy and they'll Bill you for projects and hours you didn't ask for 2 years later. Vinyl graphics for you is the way to go. I was tired of overpaying and now I am using a different company its quicker work for less and better quality. The police are using taxpayer money and way overpaying for graphics. It's sad.
