I plan to share the details of my three minute experience with Josh on Monday evening around 845. We decided to grab a sandwich for Dinner tonight so we can watch one of the shows we like together after a pretty rough day, it was nice not to have to cook my husband said what’s for dinner I said we’re doing Subway. I even got coupons in this time. I always forget to bring the coupons with me. We barely move back in September so I’ve gotten coupons couple months. Usually the staff are very friendly they let you scan your QR code on your phone if you have a screenshot and such. There was a girl working in front. She was the only person I saw when we came in very friendly young long brown hair I think very kind. She remembered me from last time and I laughed and said I have my coupons this time. Lol. Next thing I knew there was an older pie 30s gentleman walks up front from the back, touching his facial hair that was sticking out of his mask, but whatever and the first thing he said to us was we don’t accept the free sandwich if that’s what you’re looking for. My husband’s like no dude we’re gonna do the foot-long‘s yeah well we don’t accept the free sandwich coupon. Why he was even in our conversation is puzzling because I had nothing to do with him and I never once questioned a free sandwich because I didn’t even look at the coupons yet I literally have them folded in my purse. But you moved out of a bow and 2022 and we just moved back in sept of 2024z We missed small town life, and the people here in Reedsburg. It’s just a different atmosphere you know. I am sick and my husband wanted me closer to work in case an emergency and we missed small town life, and the people here in Reedsburg. It’s just a different atmosphere you know. Apparently a lot has changed Reedsburg, we noticed Burger King shut down Kentucky fried chicken Taco Bell Sears just many businesses that used to be here and the people and owners that everybody knew and loved are gone? Well, I can put the pieces together why we have three places to choose from if we don’t want to cook one night. It’s the people we’re hiring. It’s the people that know that they are so desperately needed that they can do whatever they want and treat customers and which way And nothing happen no disciplinary no termination. For each business owner that son on them and their decision I come from and human resources background and management HR. Not from a food chain however I do know that employees like that are toxic and reasons why places can’t find workers and why Stores got close early because they...
Read moreI frequent this location and as a regular customer most of the staff is usually very friendly. There is one girl who works there, Jane, who is extremely rude to the point where if I see her working I won’t go in. Jane has made inappropriate comments about my clothing and about what I order. Unfortunately this evening when I went to this location I didn’t see she was working until I was almost finished ordering. She came out of the back, glared at me, looked to Lea, and then Lea was rude to me the rest of my experience. It’s to the point where Jane won’t verbally acknowledge me (which is preferred) but she’s affecting the way other employees act. Someone like Jane shouldn’t work...
Read moreIt is odd to me that this location charges over 5 dollars for a salad and you can hit the gas station and get more lettuce. But ordering online is the only way you are going to get your food quickly. I have been to many subways and this location is the slowest. Zero care is shown to make a quick run in for lunch. If you have 30 minuets for lunch and a 4 minuets drive you WILL be late coming back to work. There are a few 5 dollar foot longs back so that is great. But when you order a veggie sub you would think spinach and lettuce were the price of gold. They will skimp on it unless you are right there. So funny to see a kid put spinach on my sandwich one...
