Very good if you can't get to a real grocery store [curse the car dependent society we live in!]. Have milk, oatmeal, cereal, pancake mix, butter, cheese and such, sometimes fruit if you're lucky. Also stamps and some replacement cables for home electronics. The usual corner store items also, candy, drinks, ice cream including decent size tubs up front, energy drinks, what have you. Right next to the laundromat too!
There is a card minimum but it's pretty low and frankly standard practice for places like this so the one guy that rated this place low for it needs to stop being a baby, transfer fees are a thing that exists.
The only guy I ever see up front is very chill, doesn't talk much on account of not knowing much english but like, mood, and all the better in my book, better than the typical american customer service style that drives me Nuts so it's a breath of fresh air...

He was going to by a drink after but unfortunately the cashier started yelling at him asking if he normally walks around places looking for the bathroom. Confined to antagonize him for not asking permission to use the bathroom. There was no bathroom or any sign that said to ask for permission to use the bathroom.
