I purchased the julie Vos crawler earrings online. They were wires not post and because I have small ear lopes they wont stay n place on my ears. I went to return them to the Rehobeth store and was told I couldn’t get store credit or my money back. Very shocking to me never experienced that before. I was told I had to pick out more jewelry not clothes. I struggled to find something I liked in jeweley but eventually picked something because there was no alternative. I was not treated very well and felt pressured to buy something I didnt want. I didnt understand the policy about jewelry it makes no sense, futher more the policy was never stated when I purchased the jewelry. This was very disturbing to me the way it was all handled and its ashame you will be loosing a valuable customer.
