Pink Leopard - Lilly Pulitzer Signature Store — Local services in Rehoboth Beach

Review First and foremost I’d give a 0 star if I could!

I don’t ever write reviews but I felt very compelled to share my experience with the store. On a cloudy rainy day at the beach I decided to find and visit this store. When we arrived it was raining. We pulled up right directly out front of the store. Not knowing if we needed to pay for parking (because of the time of day and time of year) I ran up to the steps and ask if we had to pay for parking. Before we even got an answer, while still on the outside steps, we were barked at to use the hand sanitizer at the front entrance. So we did. In the rain we went back out to pay at the meter. After about 5 minutes standing in the rain I couldn’t get the meter to work. I went back inside and ask if someone could help and what number parking spot I was in. An employee told me it was on the spot. So I went back out in the pouring rain, again, made sure I was putting in the right number and tried again. Frustrated and really wet at this point I went back in and asked if there was a trick or someone could tell me what to do. An older blonde employee followed us out stood in the rain about 10 ft away from us and finally after I was getting mad she offered and told us there was a parking spot for the store available in the back. Seriously?!?! Like I couldn’t have been saved all the trouble and told that sooner?! So we parked out back and ran into the store. Sanitized again so we wouldn’t be scolded like children and started looking around. We were not once greeted. We were not once asked if we needed help or a dressing room started. We look around for about 20 minutes. Side note if you’re a 6/8 S/M don’t even bother! The store is completely picked over in those sizes. The store is the size of a shoe box too. So that doesn’t help. I would NEVER patronize this business. The ONLY reason I even looked around was because it was pouring and we drove 45 minutes to get to this shop. HORRIBLE service and a very RUDE employee (older blonde lady). I don’t know why we were treated this way. Could have been cause I was with my biracial niece , which by the way her skin was crawling the whole time cause she was afraid this was directed at her/ or because of her!! Infuriating!!!!Or that she was having a bad day herself or this shop just sucks but if I were you I wouldn’t even waste my time going here and certainly don’t patronize them. And should you choose to still go after reading this let’s just say you’ve been warned!!!

PS-there’s a place in Fenwick Island called Float-ers with Lilly. All you Lilly lovers...go there. Patronize them.

Thank you for your response as a supporter of the lgbtq community I can assure you the flag your referencing is not a lgbtq flag we have been in contact with the Creator it is a trans-progress flag quoting the designer it represents a spectrum of sexualities and sexual preferences. I'm surprised in your response you would advertise the sale in my concern. After speaking after reading the designer he has assured me it's intent was not to be used in children's clothes especially toddlers and actually it's been banned from being used commercially for profit.Quasar has clarified that the flag is under a Creative Commons license, allowing for non-commercial use and modification, I agree there are rainbow Flags on homes and cars throughout for hope but I can show you the community does not fly this flag and the places that you see the flag on cars and homes is adults you don't see the flag on playgrounds and kids rides and I spoke with dollies they don't display them! I also spoke with management at Funland they said absolutely they do not display that flag so to involve them in your review is questionable I have no problem with the rainbow flag flying in Rehoboth I'm very supportive but there's age appropriate exposure we will be...
