Dollar General — Local services in Remerton

I just wanted to write Dollar General and say what a wonderful staff of hard working people you have at your baytree rd. store in Valdosta Georgia. They r all dedicated to providing excellent customer service which really helps when a disabled person like myself needs assistance with my shopping. see I go to your store nearly everyday and today my phone was totally dead and I only could use my tap to pay option to pay for my goods. I thought I had wasted my trip and time shopping cause I just didn't have enough in my budget for a charger and plug to make the phone come on to pay for my goods until a AWESOME AND VERY KIND REP BY THE NAME OF "KENYADA" CAME TO MY RESCUE USING HER OWN PERSONAL CHARGER TO GET MY PHONE TO COME ON SO I COULD PAY....look it may not seem like a big deal to others but her kind act saved me a repeat trip back to the store that day and that people is what we r missing in our world today...people helping people when they can even with the "little things" !!! so a big shout out to "KENYADA" at the baytree store dollar general for remembering and treating us disabled folks the same as everyone else !!! thanks KENYADA AND DOLLAR GENERAL FOR HIRING SUCH AN AMAZINGTEAM MEMBER...CHRIS N...

This is a non traditional review, but I was at dollar general and a guy was making me uncomfortable. The assistant manager Eric (I’m pretty sure his name was Eric forgive me of it wasn’t I was frazzled) noticed I was uncomfortable and saved me from the situation. Next thing you know this guy is following me around the store. We waited him out and Eric walked me to my car and noticed he was waiting on me and about to follow me. He yelled to called me back to pull back into the store and chased the guy off. I was scared for my life. I’m so glad someone was there that cared enough to watch out for me because last time I got harassed in a store no one helped, not even the workers. I will forever be grateful that he prevented a possibly terrible outcome because I didn’t notice at first he was waiting to follow me. Creeper if you are seeing this that is not my name so...

This is the closest DG to me, but I'm not going there again unless I only want to buy one or two things. The last time I went, I intended to buy a few things. There were no carts and the girl working just shrugged when I asked where all the carts were. I told her I would have bought more things, but I could not carry them in my two hands. Also it's very hard to maneuver through the store because of all the boxes blocking the aisles. I'm going to the one out on Hwy 84 today. That store is newer and has been clean the few times I...
