BEST CUSTOMER service in town! We have been wanting a Tempur-pedic mattress for over a year now, since we slept on one at our friends house in Hawaii for a month. I have a herniated disc, and even though we have a fairly new Stearns and Foster bed, it was no comparison to the Tempur-pedic Rapsody firm, as far as relieving my back pain. But as you all know Tempur-pedic mattresses are quite expensive, and since we are retired we had to wait for a really good sale. I have been checking randomly on the Tempur-pedic website and they recommended Sierra mattress company. Fast forward to big presidents day sale, so off we went to Sierra mattress. I spoke with Matt (the owner) on the phone what a great guy he was! He answered all my questions & said go on into the store and Dave is there to help you. Dave was outstanding in working with us and trying to remain within our budget and get everything we wanted, Including the electric bases which I am so excited about and never even dreamed I could get. So my bed was delivered yesterday by Cody & Kevin. They could not have been more helpful, Since I have a bad back and my husband could not move the old bed alone, they helped him move the mattress and box springs into the back bedroom helped him put the plastic from the new beds onto the old bed so that we could take those to a family member. And last night I had the best sleep I've had in a year. We love our new bed, we were so impressed with Sierra mattress company, and with Dave who helped us make our dream come true. Over the last 30 years we have bought several beds, But never with such confidence & great customer service as Sierra mattress provided to us. Don't waste your time going anywhere else, go straight there, they have great deals and exactly what you want no matter what kind of bed you're buying. Be sure and ask for Dave! 1000% totally happy customers....

About a year and a half ago, I purchased a mattress set for my son's room, which he loves. Recently, I've been having a lot of back pain and decided I needed a new mattress for myself. I went to the South Virginia Store first. Matt was really helpful, just as he was last time. He showed me what was in that store but also told me about the stock in the Longley store, which is where we purchased my son's mattress set. It turned out what I was looking for was at the Longley store. He called ahead to let Tony know I was coming. When I arrived, Tony showed me the two mattresses that Matt and I had discussed, as well as the other mattresses in stock. I decided I loved the two that Matt had suggested, and spent about 30 minutes going back and forth between the two to try to figure out what I wanted. As it turned out, I chose the same one we bought for my son previously! Tony made the purchase was incredibly easy, and delivery was set up as I requested. My mattress was delivered today by Cody and Max, both of whom were a pleasure to deal with. I felt very comfortable with them in my home and they took care of the mattress set up very quickly and efficiently, and helped me put on my mattress cover which is a nightmare. They also helped me with a piece that had fallen off my adjustable bed before they arrived which I could not get back on. This was an A+ experience all the way around. I'm a girl who HATES shopping, especially when I am forced to deal with pushy salespeople. You will find NONE of that at Sierra Mattress Company. They are more than happy to help you but never try to steer you in any direction, merely take time to answer your questions. I love these guys. I initally went to RC Wiley and asked many questions regarding the Aireloom mattress they had in stock. I was unable to get any information that I hadn't already got online so I left and found Sierra Mattress Company online and called to ask about the Aireloom mattresses. Tony answered every question that I had and told me he had actually toured their facility. He explained the entire manufacturing process to me and how impressed he was with the craftsmanship that went into them. I was impressed with his knowledge and willingness to explain everything to me on the phone so we decided to visit the store. What a gem it is, and he had the entire line in store to test. As we tested them he explained the differences between each mattress any why there was a price difference for each one. He then left us to keep testing and talking about the mattresses with no pressure. We decided to go with the M2 luxury firm and adjustable base, the price was much lower than the first place I visited and it truly felt like he actually cared about making the sale as comfortable for us as possible with no pressure to buy. Delivery was free but there was no availability until a week later so we decided to pick up. Tony told us to bring the old mattresse and box spring and they would dispose of them. Geno explainded the base setup before I left and made sure I had no other questions bedore we left. It was one of the best sales experiences that I have had and I can't recommend this business enough. Thank you Tony!

Side note: Go on a week day and have some food from the restaurant next door, that place is incredible too and I hadn't heard of it until I went to test out...
