I am so disappointed. I just went here and had the worst experience. I told my young kids they could pick out a toy here. When we got to the cash register I tried to pay with a $50 bill and they told me they don’t accept anything over $20 because of counterfeit… (except that $20 bills are the most widely counterfeited bill, but whatever). So then I counted my money and I gave it to the girl and she hands me back $10 and tells me I counted wrong. I’m scratching my head, meanwhile my kids are starting to lose it bc it is taking the register lady too long to realize her mistake. Then she realizes her mistake and I hand her back the money, which then has to count again. In this time, my 4 yo picks my keys up and moves them without me noticing. When I say I can’t find my keys the shopkeepers literally help me for 15 seconds and then tell me I probably dropped them in the parking lot and go back behind the counter to chat (not help customers, chat). I just spent $75 for two toys in your store and you cant be bothered to help me find keys my toddler misplaced while you were inconveniencing me with a counterfeit policy that is sure to have zero affect on the level of counterfeit that comes through your store? No thanks, I’ll go somewhere...

The experience my daughter and I had deserves less than 1 star. My daughter was followed by a lady the whole time we were there. When I approached the lady and asked her if I could help her she said she said she was making sure my daughter wouldn't take anything because she was looking and touching all the toys. 🤦‍♀️ I said, lady this is a toy shop, of course she's playing with the toys! Idk if it was because she's a child or because she's black but miss Karen didn't even work there! The manager and employee's didn't even care that she did that! Horrible customer service, over priced. We will never be back and I will be sure to tell people of...

This store is amazing. They had an excellent selection of merchandise. I was able to get 7 kids christmas presents ages 10 months to 13 years old for 135$ so there prices were pretty good and their customer service is excellent. They helped us find everything we were looking for and wrapped them all for free and even carried the bag out to our car. This store was so clean and organized as well it made shopping easy. Thank you guys for being awesome! It's hard to find good places like this to shop. If I could give more than 5 stars I would....
