The food here is good, the issue is the hours are very random. When your kids want something and you take their orders and you get to the location to pick up and itās āclosedā, itās a miserable night. The hours posted are until 9PM BUT Iāve been there four times and theyāre closed by 6:45. Most recently, it was a Saturday evening. Pulled up, lights on, āOPENā signs fully lit, TVs on, but door locked with a tiny sign blaming staffing issues. Still?? Iām sorry, but put people on the schedule until 9 and if people donāt show, then the owner should be there and should have friends helping out. I watched at least five people walk up, pull the door handle and yet it was lockedā¦minimum, thatās $20 a head or $100 of revenue in 5 minutes they lost. My order was going to be over $100 alone. And yet, as I pull out of the parking lot, there is someone with a sign begging for money. Now, maybe that person canāt work, and Iām okay with that. But the point is, the owner is likely trying to pay minimum wage and is foregoing revenue because of cheapness. I suggest on weekends, pay people different amounts as the hours go into the night: 4-7, $15/hr; 7-8, $22/hr; 8-9, $30/hr. Yeah, you might not make as much by paying double but think about a dependable customer...

Phone is constantly unavailable (straight to vm) and on the off hence answered, hung up on, left on hold or rude. So online should be an option?? Sandwiches are not correct (again, this is on more than one occasion). Came in for medium, white, ham... mayo. Literally all that should be on the sandwich... $40, 3 sandwiches, SOMEHOW 2 were still not correct. It truly boggles the mind. Have reached out previously and owner made attempts for another try... we've tried... tried to support, help, be clear, let them know gently how to improve, forgiven... but learned the lesson. They clear the line several times, ask people that come in after me if they're there to pick up. So finally they clear the line, no one new comes in,.and circle up and start a fascinating conversation. I go over to the order area 8 minutes after my order was supposed to be done and ask if they would start my order. They take me over and show me my fifty odd dollar order that had been sitting in the open next to the Grub Hub sign for about 25 minutes or so.
