Let me first preface that this was my very FIRST experience with Round Table Pizza - ordered from South Towne Crossing.
I placed an order online at 8:29 with a delivery time of 9:05 pm this evening 7/27/19.
We had yet to receive our order by 9:45pm when I called to see where our order was. I spoke with Chris who answered the phone, she advised me that their online ordering system was down and that she needed me to speak with her manager. I did not get her managers name - he would not tell me. He again advised me that the online ordering system was down and they had no 'proof' of my order - even though at this time the $58.11 had already been withdrawn from my bank account and an invoice from their online ordering system sent to my email. I mentioned this to the manager that I had proof that I was charged and requested a refund.
He told me he could not refund me because the internet was down and again had no 'proof' of my order. At this point I am out almost sixty dollars either way. Re-order the food for delivery and ask for a some sort of discount since this is insane and - get this - he said he could ONLY, "put in extra ranch to make up for the inconvenience".
I am so floored by the disregard for customer service in this instance. I completely understand that internet goes down, and things happen; but when you have customers call you are willing AND have proof of purchase you not only tell them you can't refund them but the only thing that you can do to make this right is give you some extra ranch?

Read morePizza on a very Snowy evening. Arrived fairly early, like 6PM on a Friday night. Plenty of parking due to all of the snow, some delivery drivers coming and going, and several take out orders while I was there. A few things stood out right away, guy at first register was busy doing a Register check of some type, so had to wait for young lady finishing a take out order, besides take out - no other diners, quite a few workers on site. Once I was at register with young lady she advised that she could not do Credit Card, at which point guy looked up to tell me I would have to wait until he finished, so opted for Cash, but had left cash in my car so had to go retrieve. All adds up to pretty poor customer service in terms of walking in and ordering when they had plenty of workers, seemed odd to have taken the only register that could do a CC Tranx out of action ?? Pizza order went OK, she did not really get it right, but was not far off. Did not order a Salad, but lettuce looked kind of wilted, otherwise looked OK. Soda Fountain was great. Came out in about 15 minutes, with a nice plate, serving ware is lame skinny stuff, Pizza looked pretty good, but lacking red sauce and any Italian herb flavor, a bit bland. Crust was not bad, but just a little dry, and I did not need all the Dough so left most of that. Was a bit Pricey, though I may not have ordered the best way, $23.83 for Small Pizza, 4 Topping and Soda. Maybe this place is really just take out oriented, but if they want In-Store Diners, they really need to step it up...
Read moreI am currently newly pregnant and this place delivered me raw chicken. I’m so disgusted and upset. I have history of miscarriages and the last thing I need is raw chicken. I called and spoke to a manager I informed him of what I got and he responded “sooo what do you want a remake?” How about be apologetic when you serve raw meat for starters. He informed me I am unable to get a refund since I did DoorDash which is fine I’ll get it from them but I told him I am pregnant please have your workers check the food and pay attention it’s important all he said was “okay”. My mom called him as well and informed him it was wrong and instead of apologizing he argued with her on how is he supposed to know if chicken is raw. My mom has worked for round table franchise for over 15 yrs I even worked there for 3 as a teenager. You’re supposed to push the wings back in the oven to cook them twice to make sure they are not raw.
