My wife and I went in to get a gift 4 pack for friends and something for us. We were pleasantly greeted by a blonde young lady after we placed our order on the self service computer. When we gave her our name that was used on the order she apparently had a question about the order so she asked for assistance. A short dark haired girl came to the front, asked for our order name, and we pointed to our name on her computer. She said you ordered a six pack. We told her we did notâŠthat we ordered a 4 pack and then a confetti cake. She said no you did not and continued to argue with us. Then she said she could not change it because it was already charged out. We looked at the card used to charge out the incorrect order and it was a card on an account that we did not recognize. I asked her if she could just void the whole order and start again? Reluctantly she agreed and we got our 4 pack of cookies and the confetti cake. The cake was broken on one side but at this point we took it and left. We can only presume the one lady was the manager or in charge. She needs customer service and attitude adjustment training. I arrived at the correct time and no one greeted me or asked me anything. After 15 minutes, someone mentioned my order and told me the Dubai Brownie was out of stock and I had to exchange it for another flavor. I ordered the cheesecake and was told, "Okay, perfect." After 20 minutes, my order disappeared from the screen and no one said anything to me. I had to ask what was wrong with my order. They couldn't find it. After a few minutes, they told me the cheesecake was also out of stock and I had to exchange it again. I told them they could give me anything just to leave. In the end, I didn't end up getting what I wanted after placing my order that morning. Oh, and as if that wasn't enough, the box they gave me was full of cookie crumbs.    Read moreI ordered online for assorted Large cookies at 330pm. However i got the minis. I called the store and spoke to Jayden and said she will resend the correct order. We waited and called the store. Its past 5pm and tried to follow up. Now she wanted me to email the owners for their error. ?!?! Then I requesred to talk to the manager and they just hang the phone for 30 mins its now 6pm. Then spoke to Richard the manager and wanted us to send a picture of the wrong items??? This is food that was delivered not goods. Do we wait to eat until this is corrected? They claim that there were no available Large dubai cookies thats why they delivered only the minis?? But i paid for the large cookies. why they did not notify or cancel order if Large was not available. Very poor service! Unprofessional. Please train your team how to handle issues when they make online...
