Westridge Apartments — Local services in Reno

Lived at these apartments for two years and was randomly given a 30 day notice because "management wanted their property back" no explanation leaving our family of 3 with a baby of 5 months out on a hunt for a place to live in mid winter of November. My car was stolen from this property that has no security (their cameras don't work) mailboxes have been broken into and everyone's mail has been stolen why would anyone want to stay at a place where not even your mail is safe. Management is so picky about anything and everything that you do not helpful at all when it comes to fixing things in the apartments our ac broke during summer time and it took them 3-5 days to make it to our apartment saying we didn't really need it fixed if it wasn't 90 degrees out keep in mind we have our new born at this time. Horrible experience!! The apartments are nice but the management takes away all the comfort and stability from the complex. Most of the time management is sarcastic and rude would not recommend anyone...

The apartments are nice and affordable but the staff and everything that goes on at this pace makes it not worth it ! My roommate had her car stolen from here and the people on the building right in front of us had their car stolen from here too There’s vandalism going on cars constantly and the staff is never helpful they demand a lot from their tenants but don’t do much in return You don’t sign a lease which means that they can give you a “30 day no cause no reason notice “which means you have to move out at anytime they decide to do so Someone wrecked the mailboxes and stole everyone’s mail There’s a lot of pets on the apartments but no one picks up their poop I feel like no one should put themselves on a place that is so uncertain and unsafe considering not even your mail is safe Also the staff is rude and sarcastic...

We’ve lived at Westridge for about almost 5 months now and I got to say it has been the most pleasant place to live we’ve had. The maintenance team is on top of it, whether it’s something small or big it’ll get fix right away. It’s in an awesome location near everything you could ever need. Close access to the highway, and lots of places to eat. But the most important thing is the staff in the office they make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. We love it! Would recommend it...
