DeLancey's on 3rd — Local services in Renton

My cousin Tara recently hosted her wedding here. Location was a bit difficult to find at first, finding parking for worse. I believe we may have entered thru a back entrance but was able to later locate the front of the building. They were able to decorate the space nicely. There was easily a good 60-70 people on the inside enjoying themselves comfortably and walking in the space without being shoulder to shoulder. The inside probably could use some updating, it does appear to be a little on the older side. My cousin did mention the space was affordable to rent for her wedding day, so if you on a budget and need a venue, this probably can do it.
