A neglected trail and trailhead. Limited gravel parking. No fee to park. Paved parking is available at nearby Liberty and Cedar River Parks. A pedestrian bridge connects to the trailhead. Trail is paved. View of the river from some areas of the trail. We saw salmon from the pedestrian bridge to Liberty Park. Some benches. Picnic tables at Riverview Park Picnic Shelter. There are some markers along the trail each indicating 1/4 mile, but I don't know the function. I suppose you could count them to figure out how far you went, but actual mile markers would be more useful. A lot of litter especially near abandoned and occupied encampments. No restrooms. The restrooms at the Riverview Park Picnic Shelter location along the trail were fenced off. There are restrooms across the pedestrian bridge at the Cedar River Park but we didn't see them. The restrooms near the playground at the nearby Liberty Park were locked. There were outhouses in the Liberty Park parking lot. There were clean restrooms in the library nearby.

First time going to the path, very 😕 confusing at first. Had to find a charging station at some point luckily there are convenient stores along the path to get a charge. Longest ride ever. Next time going to bring hover board, just for the kick of things.

Beautiful, has nice bike lanes, and is a great route from Renton to a city down southeast like Maple Valley. Only takes about an hour and a half to bike between the two, and you get some very nice scenery and fresh air on the ride.

The family walked from the library, pass the dog park, to where the trail crosses the river. A beautiful walk punctuated by rubbish everywhere, homeless camps, and shady dudes rolling around with machetes. I would suggest walking this area with...
