Horrible experience. Probably the worst place to ever get a ring at. My husband got me my diamond ring here. War it for not even a week had to take it back cause the main stone came out and got it replaced. Than got it back and one of the side diamonds was missing when we got it back. (Lack of quality checks?) The chick was like oh that's where they size it. Um maam 😂 they don't size it in the side where the diamonds are placed. They size it at the bottom. And it wasnt sent out for that. She than argued with me saying it is not like the jewelry to make mistakes like this well if that is the case why did it happen 2 times? We ended up leaving with no ring and out money back. I'm heart broken and livid. Try going elsewhere. Staff and jewler don't care about quality or customer service. If I could leave a 0 star...

I came here to get a ring resized. After picking up the ring I realized that it was sized too small and was uncomfortable. The African American woman I spoke with when I returned did not even check the ring and simply insisted that I needed to pay again to get ring size fixed. She was extremely rude and handled the situation very unprofessionally. I ended up going up to the Fred meyers jewelers in Ballard and they resolved the issue and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I do not recommend...

They are not rude but very polite. I waited for service while there looked over pieces. My husband was grocery shopping. I wanted to buy a gold chain for my gold medallion. The chain was so badly tangled I could not untangle without breaking chain. When I pulled out my small gold medal he looked at the chain and told he could untangle it. I gave it to him and returned the following day. No fee for service rendered. I plan on returning and buying some nice new earrings for...
