The food is a solid 2 stars, and I'm taking another star for misleading reviews. There is a big sign inside that says "Show me your 5-star google review for a free bubble juice". So if you're wondering how a place can maintain over 4.6 rating at over 800 reviews, well, people want their free drink that's how.

We got a bowl of pho and a pork banh mi. The banh mi had distinctly Korean-flavored pork instead of what one would expect in a banh mi, and the pickled carrots and daikon were very underwhelming. It was doused with a sweet-ish mayonnaise based sauce with a yellow hue to it. Overall it wasn't a terrible sandwich, but definitely not what I wanted when ordering a pork banh mi.

The pho was less than stellar. Broth was not flavorful and there was a bit too much sweetness in the background, and I didn't add any hoisin yet. It was served in a wide shallow bowl, which looked nice, but it had the double feature of holding much less pho than expected, plus it caused everything to cool down rapidly so before I could get halfway through, I was eating tepid beef broth.

Not recommended, would not go back, there are too many other options...

First and last time here. I’m honestly baffled by the amount of high reviews. I wasn’t in the place for over not even one minute and I felt so unwelcomed by the middle age cashier who definitely hated her life and didn’t wanna be there. I thought I could sit down comfortably after a long day of work and look at the menu but she had an attitude “you can order here first… blah blah.” They have a huge menu so I told her oh I don’t know what I want yet, let me strain my neck and look up at the high ass menu placement first. I didn’t say that literally but I said lemme look first, it’s my first time and she walked away while rolling her eyes. Such bad vibes in that 30 second interaction I just left shaking my head. Wasn’t even that packed either. No worries, plenty of good pho restaurants out there. It seemed Korean owned / fusion so most definitely other delicious Korean restaurants out there, too. Not missing out on this terrible place.

Happily spend my money elsewhere where I feel welcomed by a worker who doesn’t hate their life and make me...

The first time I came to this restaurant, what caught my eye the moment I walked in. Is there a polite an amazing customer service. As soon as you walk in, you can smell the amazing food and there Pho, in my opinion is the best in Seattle. There tapioca in the Bubble Tea is always fresh. An the one time I did go goin the afternoon time, I was ordering a bubble tea. They’re so considerate of their customers they said, of course and “Is it OK if you wait five minutes or less so we can make sure we make fresh bubble for you. I don’t want you to have Boba that’s been sitting there” An of course I said yes thank you so much for letting me know.. but can I ask how long it’s been they literally said it was made maybe an hour and a half ago two hours at the most. And that tells you right there that they want to make sure all their product is top and always fresh.. for...
