I have been here about 5 times and they continuously tell me that they are having a âworldwide shortageâ and that all of the stores are suffering. However, Iâve been to the nearby stores and those in other cities and states many times recently and no one else is having any issues supplying products. Today, we sat in the drive thru line for 15minutes with only 2 cars in front of us⌠and that was just waiting to place our order. Then, they repeated the order back wrong multiple times so we made sure they got it correct before we moved forward. When they gave us our coffee, it was made wrong so we asked for it to be fixed. They proceeded to educate us on âStarbucks standardâ instead of fixing the drink. They gave us our food cold when it was clearly asked to be warm. And when we left, the cashier AND barista both passive aggressively told us to âhave a great dayâ with the facial expressions and tone that actually may have implied that they wanted us to have a terrible dayâŚ...

Itâs the closest to my house but Iâll probably go to one closer to my work or even go out of my way to avoid this location.
They can never get my order right and I donât order complicated drinks. Also, the staff arenât the nicest, one time I asked for a purple drink instead of a violet (I know how dare I mess up my colors) and the guy in drive thru rudely told me all the refresher beverages since I asked for the wrong color. Any other person would have known it was supposed to be the violet drink. He also didnât get the size right and when I asked for light ice he gave me extra ice.
Their drive thru lines are also terribly slow so you should plan an extra 10-15 minutes to get through...

From seeing their interaction, I knew I would receive great customer service and I did. I showed my brand new Happy Birthday e-card. It wouldnât open up. I hadnât set up Apple Pay. As I was reaching for another form of payment, the barista/clerk asked, âIs today your birthday?â I told her it was a couple of days earlier. âWell, itâs on us!â As I saw the other baristas with smiles on their faces, I said to myself, âI understand.
