Came here in my lunch break after bad service at Kent Station. Was 2nd in line and waited 20 minutes for someone to take my order. One person was working, she was polite, but the only person working during lunch rush. As soon as it was my turn to order, 3 more orders got printed out and put in front of me… after waiting on multiple other pickup orders. I didn’t have time to wait, so I had to get back to work without food. I felt bad for the lady working… many people had been waiting in the restaurant for a long time, I knew it would be a while, she was quite overwhelmed.

I wrote a review before for poor service at Kent Station and Just Poke followed up with an email that was “undeliverable” when I tried to contact them. Now it appears they are understaffing, really tough cause this place used to have great food and great service… now they don’t...

I used to love getting food from here, but this will be a criticism of someone new who works there. The new blue-haired lady is unreliable to produce quality food and drinks. I love ordering from anyone else who works there, but the blue-haired lady has made unsatisfactory boba drinks and poke bowls. Often the orders will be made wrong, bowls will have too much rice, mango when I asked for no mango, barely any sauce, barely any proteins. Got here with my family m, ordered two regular Garlic Shrimp bowls and they gave me Large ones they basically did whatever they wanted, I also ordered two mango smoothies and what I don’t like is that you have to pay separately for the smoothies and the bowls! Also they were kind of in a bad mood and rude!! My kid wanted to sit down and eat there and all of sudden they tell us just so you know were about to close!!
