I had an eyebrow lamination and lash lift done here, and it was the worst experience I’ve had getting that service done.

Brows: I had scabs on my face the next day from broken skin while she was plucking. One brow looked thin and uneven, like it was from the early 2000s. Within 24 hours, both my brows and lashes were falling out in large amounts from being over-processed. They’re now brittle, breaking off with even the lightest touch.

The process itself was sloppy. She applied product immediately without shaping my brows, then started waxing and plucking while the perm solution was on (which makes skin extra sensitive). After processing, she kept waxing the same side over and over. The plucking was painful, with sharp tweezers breaking my skin. When I asked her to stop so I could fix them later, she refused, saying she “preferred not to” because she didn’t like them.

Lashes: This was just as bad. There was no warning before applying hard pressure directly on my eye, the combing was rough, and she applied product with her fingers, which got into my eye and caused intense burning. The next day, my lashes looked fried like crumpled like burnt hair.

Aftermath: I had this done right before my birthday, and it’s my biggest regret. My lash line hurt for nearly two weeks, and now my once-thick brows and lashes are sparse, fragile, and growing in random directions.
